Our blooming May photo contest is here
Some things we are noticing this spring: sunny skies, bikers and ice cream. But more importantly, we’re spotting flowers. When we see these first blossoms ﹘ after what feels like an eternity of rain and cool temperatures ﹘ we can’t help but get excited. It feels like spring is really here. This month, we challenge you to capture these blossoms for our May photo contest.
Perhaps you have daffodils in your garden or a dogwood in your neighbourhood. Maybe you see some tulips on your morning commute or peonies in your local park. Keep your camera or phone ready, snap a beautiful flower photo (or three) and tell us about your picture.
Last month’s Graeme Loader Photography Board was full of your beautiful scenes of spring. Congratulations to Leslie Karniszewski from Eliott Lake, whose photo was selected as our April photo contest winner. A big thank you to everyone who shared their photos. You can view them all here.
Join WWF’s online community of photographers to share the beauty of our country. Your photo could be featured in our next e-newsletter.
