THANK YOU to our seven incredible Earth Hour Team Captains!
WWF would like to say a HUGE thank you to our seven Earth Hour Team Captains. Not only for their commitment to Earth Hour, but for their continual community efforts in making this world greener every day!
Our seven captains range from all kinds of ages, locations and backgrounds:
- Connie Chen, sustainable student in British Columbia
- Dr. Jose Etcheverry, academic ally in Ontario
- Sophie Paradis, local leader in Longueuil, Quebec
- Hannah Alper, early environmentalist, in Toronto
- Jason Dayman, solar supporter in Northwest Territories
- Rob Viscount, workplace champion in St. John’s Newfoundland and Labrador
- Karyn Klaire Koski, community volunteer in Roncesvalles, Toronto
All seven green champions share the same community-based vision for making national or global progress towards a more sustainable environment. Their hard work and environmental leadership brings changes to their individual communities, and continues on the message of Earth Hour.
THANK YOU!
