It’s Earth Week!

From one end of the country to the other this week, Canadians are mobilizing along with hundreds of millions of others around the world in promoting environmental protection through local Earth Day celebrations.

It’s part of the same groundswell of concern that saw nearly a billion people observe Earth Hour last month. And it’s sending a message. As reports of climate change and environmental degradation grow worse and worse with each passing day, ordinary people are coming out to do their part to halt the damage.
