VOLUNTEER FOR WILDLIFE

We are endlessly thankful for the hundreds of volunteers who dedicate their time to help wildlife thrive.

Thank You for Your Interest in Volunteering with WWF-Canada!

As a WWF-Canada volunteer, you’ll play a crucial role. Your time, talents and skills will help us accomplish our mission to stop the degradation of our planet’s natural environment and build a future where humans live in harmony with nature. As a national organization, we have volunteer opportunities all across Canada.

We post ALL of our volunteer opportunities on this web page. Therefore, if you do not see any listings, we do not have any volunteer positions available at this time. Be sure to check this page often for new postings. Please also consider joining our volunteer pool.

WWF-Canada is seeking Call Blitz Volunteers

The WWF-Canada’s Toronto office is accepting applications to find volunteers to connect with past and current Climb for Nature event participants.  Please read below for more details.

Purpose & Responsibilities

Volunteers will call past Climb for Nature participants, or individuals who have signed-up to participate in the upcoming 2026 event, to let them know that our website is now live, discuss early-bird specials, fundraising rewards and prizes, and/or offer them support and tips on fundraising. Volunteers will not be doing any type of cold calling.

Volunteers will ask the participants 2-3 brief questions and log their responses into a spreadsheet.

Volunteers may also assist with other tasks, which include putting together welcome packages, alongside staff organizing items the week before the event, or other tasks as related to the Climb for Nature event in Toronto.
