Announcement
Direct Mail
The potential Canada Post service disruptions may cause mail deliveries to be delayed, including your inbound gift cheques, mail in and paper tax receipts. To provide a seamless experience and to ensure your gifts are received this calendar year for tax receipt purposes, we recommend you donate online at wwf.ca/donate.
E-store Purchases
We’re dedicated to delivering your gifts on time and are working with a variety of carriers to get your purchases to you quickly. As such, we do not anticipate delays from Canada Post service disruptions.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Donor Relations team by email at [email protected] or 1-800-267-2632.

Whistleblower policy
As a non-profit organization dependent on the support of others to carry out our work and advance our mission, WWF-Canada takes our obligation to donors very seriously to ensure that funds and other resources are used appropriately. The whistle blower policy provides a mechanism for the reporting of suspected illegal activity or the misuse of WWF-Canada assets. This may include conflicts of interests with vendors, inappropriate purchases or reimbursements, falsified expense reports, and the like. Learn more here.
