Healthy Waters Summit Intern (volunteer) – Toronto office
Position Description
The Healthy Waters Summit Intern will help the Freshwater Team with the planning and logistics of the Healthy Waters Summit, occurring on June 11-12, 2017, specifically around managing the RSVP list, hotel bookings, reaching out to invitees and any other logistical responsibilities as required.

(South-east corner of Eglinton Avenue East and Mount Pleasant Road)
Committment
THURSDAYS – March 2 2017 – June 8, 2017
(Either a 4-hour shift in the mornings or afternoons; availability for a full day committment is preferred).
Responsibilities
- Managing the RSVP list
- Managing hotel room bookings
- Calling invitees who have not responded to the invitation
- Attending HWS planning meetings
- Providing necessary information to the Freshwater Team
- Other logistical duties as required
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Previous event experience a strong asset
- Previous Raiser’s Edge experience an asset
