Database Assistant Volunteer
Where: WWF-Canada’s Toronto Office (245 Eglinton Ave. East, Toronto)
When: Starting immediately with a minimum 6 month commitment
Shifts: One four hour weekday shift per week (see below for specifics)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Database Manager with the maintenance of our database Raiser’s Edge
- Preform clean-up, updates and merging of duplicate donor records
- Assist with various MS Excel projects
Experience and Skills:
- Fast & accurate typing, data entry & word processing skills
- Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail with a regard for quality and precision
- Working knowledge of Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word)
- Previous database and/or data entry experience preferred
Character Profile:
- Calm, focused individual with an ability to work extended period of time doing repetitive tasks
- Independent worker with an aptitude for solving problems
- Keen learner with a strong interest in environment conservation and a passion for creating positive change

Shift options:
- Tuesdays 9 am – 1 pm
- Thursdays 9 am – 1 pm
- Fridays 10 am – 2 pm
- Fridays 1 pm – 5 pm
