Our Toronto office is currently accepting applications for volunteers who can assist us with calls to past and current CN Tower climbers.  Please read below for more details:

Commitment
Tuesday, January 12, 2016 – Thursday, March 17, 2016

Shift Times
4:00pm – 8:00pm; Tuesday and/or Thursday evenings*
* Preference will be given to applicants who are able to volunteer for both nights.
 
Purpose

  • To call past CN Tower climbers to let them know that our website is now live – also discuss early-bird specials.
  • To call current, registered, CN Tower climbers to let them know about the fundraising rewards and prizes.

Responsibilities
Calling CN Tower climbers (past and present), asking 2-3 brief questions and logging responses into a MS Excel file.
 
Experience and Skills

  • Previous customer service and/or call centre experience a strong asset.
  • Exceptional communication skils; written and oral.
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone.
  • Basic experience and proficiency in MS Excel.
