Spring into our April photo contest

Your creativity behind the camera lens could win you bragging rights. Enter the WWF Photo Contest and your photo and name could be featured in next month’s e-newsletter.
That chill in the air is finally subsiding and we’re welcoming warmer temperatures in April. Spring is here. Right about now, polar bear families are leaving maternity dens and making their way towards sea ice. Down south, monarch butterflies have started migrating towards Canada from Mexico.
It’s a beautiful time of year, so it’s fitting that this month’s theme for our photo contest is spring. Get out there in the sun and capture some pictures of wildlife and nature. Go on a hike and snap the gorgeous view. Bike or walk down a wooded trail and digitize those memories. Or snap a butterfly in action in your backyard. The choice is yours.

Last month’s Graeme Loader Photography Board was full of your stunning photos of water. Congratulations to Martin Thoene from Toronto, Ont., whose misty morning photo was selected as our March photo contest winner. A big thank you to everyone who shared their photos and their unique perspectives on our most precious resource. You can view them all here.
