WWF’s Community Panda program works with many of WWF’s grassroots supporters!  We are talking about those people who want to do their part to protect our living planet and use their talent to help!  There are youth and entrepreneurial minded people across Canada (and I mean all of Canada) who are striving to raise awareness in their communities about the conservation issues that mean the most to them.
In Ottawa 10 year old Olivia is raising awareness about climate change and the threats that rising global temperatures are causing to the polar bears’ arctic home.  Olivia and her mum are working together to host their second annual “Liv Polar Party” on December 21st.  This fundraising event is reaching a wide audience of people in their community to raise money for WWF’s Arctic Home Campaign.  With the Arctic Home campaign Coca-Cola® will match your donation dollar-for-dollar until March 15, 2014, to a maximum of $1 million USD (Canada and U.S. only).

From an office bake sale in Calgary, to a student selling bracelets in Montreal, to the café in Toronto that hosted a music night fundraiser – Canadians from coast to coast are working with WWF to help drive real change.  There are endless ways that you get involved in your community and get creative to raise money for the conservation issues that really matter to Canadians!
Sign up your event today, and help us build a future where people live in harmony with nature!
